Update 2.1 Mission 04 “Something stirs underground”

Added Sewers, 2 level dungeon and Hydra boss fight.

Added Samuel the Graceful Oracle as recruitable/romanceable unit

Skill Trigger Animations revised for efficiency

Added Samuel’s Skill Trigger animation for Pacify and new bond sprite added

New backgrounds for the Brookhaven Sewers and Guest room at the Temple of Wind.

New Group CG added for completion of mission 04

New revised chats, new sub-plot line and sub-missions added to the sewers quest from previous version.

Introducing Ashur the Errant Trickster- elite water rogue,  Card animations added, voice coming in future updates

Added bond level 4 and conversations for all units. Can be unlocked after completing mission 04. Flirt options have been added and certain characters must be flirted with 3+ times in order to be romanced bonded at lvl6. More flirt options will be added in bond lvl5.  Warning if you flirt repeatedly and then try to go the friendship route instead, the LI will also be upsetted and you won't be able to complete bond 6, so please flirt responsibly! 

Added quip 4 for all recruited elite units.

Added new dreams for elite units bond level 4+.

Added egg raising at the Bestiary .Added the ability to sell excess eggs.

If you find a precious egg, you can raise a beast at the Bestiary, pet it or feed it treats once a day to build affection. Have a chance to harvest a common or rare item daily, chances increase the higher the affection.

If you found an Arachnid or Chiroptera egg prior to this update, there was a naming bug and you may have found your egg had changed appearance. Sorry for this glitch. It should display accurately from here on. 

Added new guest room at the Temple of Wind in Brookhaven with new sleeping, grooming, relaxing interactions.

Hope you enjoy this new chapter of the story. I had a lot of fun improving on the original story (and adding some hopefully memorable hijinks). As always any feedback or bug reports is much appreciated <3!

ı played the new mission and finished it!! 
well ı really loved it!! the new mission was bit difficult for me since ı randomly go everywhere ı found (because of that ı had to enter the sewr few times and got ''nagged'' by others while walking in circles haha :'))  ı really loved how everyone kept talking with each other in so many stuff ıt made this mission so fun and ı really felt like actually walking with a actual team trying to finish a quest (like in online RPG games ^^) plus hearing all of them's opinion about various things were actually great! ıt made me feel closer to them :3 (except ı still dont know why Ruwin can be so aggressive towards some people...) well boss was quiet difficult but ı managed to win after trying s much (with using quick saves haha ı kinda cheated :')) the bond talks were amazing too ! although ı accidentaly made Lor sad with wanting him to rest .oops... ı also though perhaps ı could use ''flirting'' option with one of them but then over shy me couldnt dare to click on them ^^; maybe next time.. ı dont knoow every talk and every reaction that was happening between them or in a talk with me was great that ı kinda wish ı could go bit slow so ıt would last longer >-<. thank you for the all hard work for this game! ı also really had fun playing it :3

Hi justaonegirl,

Thank you again so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm so glad that you enjoyed this update and felt like you got to know the characters a bit more through their banter with both the MC and each other. That was my aspiration! Oh also, I wanted to let you know from your other thread, that there is going to be different paths affected by gods favor but it's not strictly good vs bad, just different alliances. Also I tried to make it obvious if you want to pursue romance with the flirt options since it will be necessary to trigger flags but I hope it's not too cringy. Best wishes~ oh yeah also I have no problems with reloading save. It's not cheating if it's possible in the unmodded game! 😂

I really like to share my thoughts about the games ı love haha ım actually hoping to continue this in future too as long as ıts fine :3. ım glad that ı have been trying to careful about gods favor although ı still dont know which options are triggering favor but ım in like 11 ponts on that and 0 unfavor points so ı think ım doing fine ^^. aah weell the flirt options were not entirely cringe for a game   but problem is ı usually imagine myself right in front of the characters so imagining something like me saying those words really makes me feel weird in some way XD (ı have a weak ''emotional 4th wall'' ı guess?) but ı guess ı will be fine on that too afterall there is also friendship route ı can pick! .. can ı be friends with everyone or is it like ım going to pick someone like in romance route and then be friends with them.  and thank you for all amazing efforts for the game and replying me  :3

Hi JustaOneGirl, 

Every 'elite' character has an ultimate morale skill (commands that player uses mana at turn start) that unlocks after they are max bonded that will only appear when that unit is deployed. This can be achieved through either friendship or romance by crafting and gifting either an eternal heart pendant (for romance) or oath ring (for friendship) at bond lvl 6. From that point on, the relationship status is set to either friend or lover for the rest of the game and will effect certain convos, quips and endings. You can choose to friend, lover or neither any or all the characters simultaneously.  Having a single lover or multiple lovers, will of course have variant dialogues. I hope that helps you plan how you want to manage your companion interactions. I recommend making several different saves if you want to try branching in different routes. Ren'Py basically have no limit to the number of saves, the page numbers will stop keeping track but you can keep making new saves and tabbing to new save pages!
